Any regular concert goer will attest to the fact that there are hundreds of brilliant artists out there, musically right up there with the giants who have become household names over the years. Through their respective home-pages, raagmanch.com gives the artists..

• an online presence
• a means of getting their name known
• a means of getting their music heard
• a way of getting feedback from knowledgable listeners and even other arists

And best of all, it's easy! All the artist does is provide us with a recording and a short biography, we do the rest.

The Music Lover's point of view

The music lover has access to a ever-growing collection of music from many talented artists, for free! They can follow their favorite artists, listen to them, get in touch with them

Concert organizers will appreciate a simple way of listening to artists before arranging concerts.

Coming soon: Music for sale and the rating system

In the near future we will be introducing a setup that will allow artists to sell their music directly from their homepage. Given the very low costs associated with producing the music (it could simply be the recording of a recent concert), and also the fact that there is no intermediate recording company, most of the proceeds will go directly to the artists.

Another feature in the pipeline is a rating system where you will be able to rate tracks and artists that you like. Like a particular artist? Vote for him and give him a higher rating! Don't have the time to wade through hundreds of artist home pages? Visit only the top-rated artists
